Return/Refund Policy

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on digiprinterstore.com

1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Is different from what was ordered.
  • Is different from its description on the product detail page on digiprinterstore.com

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.

2. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Norton Key shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

3. In some cases, items may not be eligible for return, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Computers and Accessories

Laptops (new)

10 Days; Replacement only

· Returnable if you’ve received the product in a condition that is damaged, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on digiprinterstore.com.

· If you report an issue with your Laptop, we may schedule a technician visit to your location. On the basis of the technician’s evaluation report, we’ll provide a resolution.

· Return the laptop in the original condition with the original brand box and all accessories like charger, manual, etc. to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.

Computer accessories (new)

Printers, Networking devices (new)

· Return the product in the original condition in brand box with charger to avoid pickup cancellation. We will not process a replacement or refund if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing/damaged contents.
